The School of Education has a team of Student Support Officers, available on both the Joondalup and Mount Lawley campuses.

The School's Student Support Officers can assist students with the following:

Developing course plans
Questions relating to courses and units (or referring students to the appropriate contacts)
Questions relating to ECU, the School of Education and its processes
Assisting in the transition into university life by offering advice on services, support and facilities available to students
Helping students to find resources (e.g. study skills, housing and financial, counselling, equity and diversity issues, library services etc.)
Providing a contact for external students who may be experiencing difficulty with units
Assisting with bridging any communication gaps that may arise
